Digital Millennium Copyright Act — Copyright Infringement & Takedown Policy
Filing a Copyright Claim? To expedite your request, please include the exact URL of the infringing content, proof of ownership, and your contact information. See Section 3 for the full requirements.
1. Overview
DarkFlirt respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Site.
If you believe that material available on or through the Site infringes upon your copyright, please notify us by submitting a DMCA takedown notice as described below.
2. Our Role as an Affiliate Directory
DarkFlirt is an affiliate marketing directory. We do not host, store, or serve the vast majority of content displayed to users — most content (images, videos, descriptions) originates from third-party platforms and is embedded or linked via affiliate programs.
If infringing content resides on a third-party platform simply linked from this Site, we recommend submitting a takedown notice directly to that platform as they are the primary content host. We will still investigate and, where possible, remove or disable our links to content reported as infringing.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA notice, your written communication must include all of the following:
1. Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the specific material on the Site that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., exact URL).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
4. Where to Send Your Notice
Please submit DMCA takedown notices via our contact page or email. Notices sent by mail or to addresses not designated for DMCA purposes may result in delayed processing.
Please include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line of your submission to ensure prompt routing.
Note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including attorneys' fees.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found).
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will process it in accordance with applicable DMCA procedures.
6. Repeat Infringers
DarkFlirt has adopted and reasonably implements a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, relationships with repeat copyright infringers. We may, at our sole discretion, disable access to our services for any user or affiliate who repeatedly infringes third-party copyright.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
